This position reports to the Operations Manager and provides supervision and guidance of house crews during set-up, breakdown, changes, and housekeeping for all events.  This position is 1^st shift from 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, weekdays.  Weekends 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.

This position is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and profitability of all food and beverage operations, including concessions, mobile carts, catering, culinary services, beverage operations, catering sales, event planning, client relations, financial performance, and team development.

The Food & Beverage Manager serves as both an operational leader and sales professional, driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional service execution

Under general supervision responsible for set-up, breakdown, and changes for events, as well as maintains the cleanliness of the facility. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion.

The Ticket Specialist is responsible for selling and/or scanning tickets for events at Century II, while providing general information to guests. This position requires working events, which occur mostly in the evening, nights, and on weekends.
