Plans and directs all aspects of financial and accounting activities at the facility through subordinates and supervisors.  Help to facilitate the optimum efficiency, maximize profits and provide exceptional customer service for the facility.  

Manages subordinates activities and directs and coordinates chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers engaged in preparing and cooking foods by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist the Manager in providing professional client food and beverage services and support in the planning, organization and management of events within the facility, while interacting with clients, facility staff and related personnel to assure all event needs are fulfilled.

Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Box Office Manager, this position requires an individual who wants to delight customers above and beyond the call of duty. Lead staff and guests in the event of an emergency. Assignments will vary.

Works in the field, installing rigging systems and related equipment assemblies such as chain motors, curtains, winches, pipe battens, etc.

Responsible for assisting with the assembling, disassembling and operation of stage equipment during a production.

Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, basic knowledge of bartending and food service. Responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Prepare a variety of high quality products. Operate and clean fryers, grill and general kitchen equipment. Requires good customer service skills, and a positive attitude.

Sells food and beverages during events using POS system. Supports frontline and cooks.

Under general supervision performs work as needed to clean, maintain and prepare for events at the facility.  Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion.

Under the direct supervision of the Assistant Box Office Manager, this position directs Guest Experience volunteers in their positions. Assist staff and guests in the event of an emergency. Assignments will vary.
