Under general supervision of the Building Engineer the maintenance technician will be responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and equipment within facility from bathroom fixtures, doors, ceilings, minor electrical and HVAC servicing. Will support events by providing power drops, and other such services to ensure vendor equipment has proper power/water or other requirements to ensure success. In addition, the maintenance technician will perform/assist with electrical, plumbing repair and food service equipment maintenance.

This position reports to the Operations Manager and provides supervision and guidance of house crews during set-up, breakdown, changes, and housekeeping for all events.  Directs and oversees housekeeping and event/room setup of team members engaged in the cleaning, setup, and breakdown of events within facility. Follow and track the preventive housekeeping and maintenance measures for non-mechanical aspects of the facility.
