Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, basic knowledge of bartending and food service. Responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Sells food and beverages during events using POS system. Supports frontline and cooks.  Greet guests, sell menu items in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner. Prepare items for sale, restock product, and maintain clean and orderly work area. Must be able to pass a background/credit check.  Work extended hours evenings and weekends.

Under general supervision responsible for set-up, breakdown, and changes for events, as well as maintains the cleanliness of the facility. Duties include skilled and semi-skilled tasks, which often require heavy lifting and a high degree of physical exertion.

Position requires working and preparing food items.  Requires good customer service skills, positive attitude, knowledge of food service and food preparation.  Prepare recipes as directed; measure ingredients and prepare them in accordance to chef’s specifications.  Wash and peel ingredients in order for them to be used in different meals.  Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.  Regular attendance is an essential job function.

The Ticket Specialist is responsible for selling and/or scanning tickets for events at Century II, while providing general information to guests. This position requires working events, which occur mostly in the evening, nights, and on weekends.
