Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, basic knowledge of bartending and food service.  Responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.

Must be able to pass a background/credit check.

Prepare a variety of high-quality products.  Operate and clean fryers, grill, and general kitchen equipment.  Requires good customer service skills, and a positive attitude.

Sells food and beverages during events using POS system.  Supports frontline and cooks.  Greet guests, sell menu items in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.  Prepare items for sale, restock product, and maintain clean and orderly work area.  Input orders into POS system, accept payment and calculate change accurately.  Must be able to pass a background/credit check.

The Ticket Specialist is responsible for selling and/or scanning tickets for events at Century II, while providing general information to guests. This position requires working events, which occur mostly in the evening, nights, and on weekends.
